What we do
Hands Up Digital sets up AI automation for local businesses. We take the jobs that get dropped when you're with a customer (answering the phone, texting back missed calls, booking appointments, replying to reviews, clearing the inbox) and set up AI to handle them in your business's name.
Then we keep it running. You pay a setup fee once and a flat monthly fee after that, and we look after the system for as long as you use it. The details are on the services and pricing page.
Who we work with
Businesses whose customers call, text or walk in: plumbers, electricians and HVAC companies, dental and medical clinics, salons and med spas, auto shops, vets, cleaners, landscapers and roofers.
What they have in common is a phone that rings more than anyone can answer, and nobody whose job it is to follow up.
How we work
We say no when AI won't help
The first call is fifteen minutes and free. If automation won't fix where you're losing customers, we tell you then, before you've paid anything.
It fits what you already use
Your phone number, your calendar, your Google profile. We build around them, so nothing changes for your customers except that someone always answers.
The AI doesn't pretend
If a caller asks whether they're talking to a person, it says no. It doesn't guess at answers it doesn't have. It takes a message or hands the call to you.
You test it first
Before it goes live you call it, text it and try to break it. We fix what it gets wrong before a customer ever hears it.
We stay after launch
The monthly fee covers running it, fixing it and changing it when your hours, prices or services change.
