Terms of service
The agreement between you and Hands Up Digital, LLC. Last updated October 6, 2026.
1. Who we are
Hands Up Digital, LLC (“we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company that sets up and manages AI automation for businesses. These terms apply when you use handsupdigital.com or buy our services. If you and we sign a separate written agreement, that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these terms.
2. What we provide
We set up and manage automations for your business, which can include an AI receptionist, missed-call text back, appointment booking, inbox management, reminders and follow-ups, and review replies. Before you pay, we confirm in writing (email counts) which of these your setup includes.
3. Fees and payment
- Setup fee: $400, charged once, before we start work.
- Monthly fee: $450, charged in advance each month, starting the day your setup goes live.
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies.
- If a payment fails, we email you. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, we may pause your service until it is paid.
- If we change our prices, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
4. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time by emailing david@handsupdigital.com. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for and you are not charged again. Refunds are covered by our refund and dispute policy, which is part of these terms.
5. What we need from you
To set up and run your automations we need accurate information about your business (hours, services, prices, policies) and access to the accounts involved, such as your phone number's forwarding settings, your calendar and your Google Business Profile. You confirm that you have the right to give us that access.
You are responsible for testing your setup before it goes live and for telling us when your business details change.
6. Your customers and the law
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how your business contacts people. Depending on where you operate, that can include getting consent before sending text messages or automated calls, telling callers when a call is recorded, honoring opt-out requests, and having your own privacy notice.
We can set up consent wording, recording notices and opt-out handling the way you ask us to, but we are not a law firm and nothing we say is legal advice.
7. What AI can and can't do
AI makes mistakes. It can mishear a caller, give a wrong answer or miss a booking. We test your setup before launch and fix problems you report, but we do not promise that the service will be error-free or always available, and we do not promise any particular result, such as a number of bookings, a level of revenue or a review rating.
Our service is not a way to reach emergency services and is not a source of medical, legal or financial advice. If your business handles urgent situations, you must keep a way for people to reach a human.
8. Other companies' services
Your setup relies on services run by other companies, such as phone carriers, messaging providers, calendar and booking tools, Google and AI model providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages, price changes or decisions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
9. Your content and data
You own your business content and the information about your customers that passes through your setup. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.
We own the methods, templates, prompts and configurations we use to build setups. While you are a paying customer, you have the right to use the setup we built for you. After you cancel, we send you an export of your data if you ask within 30 days.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use our service to break the law, send spam, mislead your customers, post fake reviews or harass anyone. We may pause or end your service if you do.
11. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.
12. Warranties and liability
We provide the service “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost business), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Claims caused by your use
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you supplied, instructions you gave us, or your failure to follow section 6, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.
14. Ending the agreement
You can end this agreement by cancelling under section 4. We can end it with 30 days' notice by email, or immediately if you do not pay or you break section 10. Sections 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue after it ends.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before either of us files a claim, we each agree to try to resolve the dispute by email for 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects existing customers in a meaningful way, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
